Here are some resources that I have put together for RYA Powerboat and Dinghy Sailing Courses.
They are training aids that have been used in my RYA Teaching Establishment (SCC Twickenham)
hence the RYA Logo but they are in no way endorsed by the RYA; it is even possible that there
may be omissions or even mistakes in this material!
RYA Powerboat Theory Tests (Quizes)
These have been used to assess candidates knowledge of the syllabus of RYA powerboat awards.
In themselves they could not cover all the theory and are intended only to be representative.
If you are assessed for an RYA award then you may take a theory test like this, it may be more
formal or it may just take the form of questions and answers during a practical assessment.
In order to provide an element of suspense in the quiz I have used JavaScript to make these
quizes work so I apologise in advance if your browser doesn't support this. Please do send in
